Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 21, 2026. AI Coding Pricing is operated by Nextfield Labs LLC, Wyoming, USA (AI Coding Pricing, we, us). This policy explains what data is handled by this independent pricing comparison and calculator site.
Data we handle
The public calculator is designed to run client-side. Calculator scenario inputs, token estimates, model selections, and result values are used to render estimates in your browser. We do not ask for, collect, or store provider account credentials, API keys, billing exports, private usage dashboards, source-code access, or private account data.
If you submit a newsletter or pricing-alert request, we may collect your email address, provider interest, source path, consent text or consent timestamp, and subscription status. If you contact us for a correction, privacy request, or support question, we may collect your email address, message, source URL, and related context needed to answer the request.
We may process technical logs such as IP address, user agent, request path, timestamps, error logs, abuse-prevention signals, and security events through hosting and security infrastructure. We may also keep aggregate product analytics such as page views, calculator starts, calculator results, CTA clicks, and newsletter submissions. The current production implementation does not include Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, ad pixels, affiliate trackers, or Plausible scripts.
Third-party services
AI Coding Pricing is hosted and protected through Cloudflare, which may process request metadata, IP addresses, security events, and strictly necessary technical information to deliver and secure the site. Public outbound source links lead to provider pricing, documentation, and support pages; those providers operate under their own privacy practices.
Plausible is not installed on the current production site. If Plausible or another privacy-focused analytics provider is added later, this policy will name the provider and describe the analytics data before or when it is enabled. Newsletter storage or email delivery must not be enabled until the actual provider is named in this policy or disclosed at the point of collection.
Retention
Newsletter and pricing-alert records are kept until you unsubscribe, request deletion, or the list is retired. Contact, correction, copyright, trademark, and privacy-request emails are normally retained for 24 months so we can keep an audit trail of source corrections and rights requests.
Server, security, and anti-abuse logs are normally retained for 30–90 days unless a longer period is required to investigate abuse, security incidents, legal requests, or service reliability issues. Aggregate analytics are retained according to the settings of the analytics or hosting provider in use; no provider-account usage profile is created from calculator inputs.
Cookies, local storage, and consent
No non-essential cookies are currently observed on the production site. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies or use equivalent security mechanisms for bot mitigation, load balancing, abuse prevention, or network security. A cookie banner is not required for the current implementation.
The site may use browser local storage to keep a small client-side event queue for product debugging and interaction tracking in your own browser. If Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, ad pixels, affiliate trackers, or other non-essential tracking scripts are added later, we will add an appropriate consent gate and update this policy before relying on those tools.
Your rights and choices
You may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal data you have provided to us. You may unsubscribe from newsletter or pricing alerts at any time and may opt out of future non-essential marketing or analytics tracking where applicable. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
To exercise these rights, email [email protected] with enough information for us to locate your request. If a dedicated [email protected] mailbox is published later, it should only be used after MX and inbox delivery are verified.
Security and limits
Please do not send provider tokens, account exports, API keys, private billing credentials, or sensitive personal data through calculator fields or contact forms. No website can guarantee perfect security, but we limit the current product to public pricing information, client-side estimates, source links, and correction workflows.
