Contact AI Coding Pricing
For source corrections, pricing updates, privacy requests, or newsletter issues, email [email protected]. The fastest useful message includes the affected AI Coding Pricing URL, the provider source URL, the specific price or limit that needs review, and the date you checked the source. If the change is about Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or an adjacent AI coding plan, include the provider plan name exactly as it appears on the public source page.
Do not send provider account credentials, API keys, private billing exports, invoices, workspace screenshots, or sensitive usage dashboards. AI Coding Pricing is an independent public comparison site, not an official support channel for any provider. We can review public claims on this site, update caveats, and add clearer source links, but we cannot access provider accounts, modify subscriptions, issue refunds, or answer account-specific billing questions.
What to send for a source correction
- Affected page, such as /claude-code-pricing, /codex-pricing, /cursor-pricing, or /api-vs-subscription.
- Provider source URL and the exact row, plan, limit, or caveat that changed.
- Whether the change is public, region-specific, promotional, enterprise-only, or visible only after login.
- Suggested wording if the correction is about nuance rather than a numeric price.
Corrections are prioritized when they improve source freshness, prevent a misleading buying decision, or clarify a high-intent comparison page. If a claim cannot be verified from a public source, the normal fix is to reduce confidence, add a caveat, or remove the claim from indexable copy until a public source exists.
Newsletter and provider alert support
If you joined the pricing alert list and need help, include the email domain you used, the provider you selected, and whether the issue is duplicate signup, wrong provider preference, unsubscribe, or a failed form submission. The site may store a local fallback attempt in your browser if the newsletter endpoint is temporarily unavailable; that fallback is only a client-side recovery aid and does not mean an email subscription was completed.
Privacy and data requests
For privacy requests, use the same support address and write “privacy request” in the subject. Public analytics are used to understand page views and on-site actions such as calculator starts, budget report copies, source verification clicks, pricing CTA clicks, and newsletter submissions. We do not ask for private provider billing data. If you want a request matched to a newsletter entry, send the email address used for that signup and no additional secrets.
Response expectations
Source corrections that are clear and public can usually be reviewed in the next maintenance pass. Broader product suggestions, collaboration requests, advertising proposals, or requests involving paid campaigns are lower priority and may require a separate manual decision. Legal, policy, destructive, payment, public posting, or account-permission actions are not performed automatically from a contact-page request.
